Background

Prior to practicing law, Patrick’s career journey has run the gamut from higher education to entrepreneurship and has seen him hold roles in Kentucky, Texas, Oklahoma, and Utah before finally settling down in the Pacific Northwest. Having been a collegiate soccer athlete, he began his career working in NCAA compliance for the Louisville Cardinals, Houston Cougars, and Oklahoma Sooners before launching his own NCAA rules consulting and eLearning company.

However, the law called, and Patrick answered! As transactional and IP counsel, he brings his diverse background and entrepreneurial spirit to his law practice and enjoys working with high energy entrepreneurs, athletes, filmmakers, and other creatives with a passion to execute on their vision. Whether negotiating complex business deals, drafting contracts, or providing strategic legal advice, Patrick is dedicated to providing practical solutions to help his clients achieve their wins!

Giving back to his community is important to Patrick, and he currently serves as a VOICE Mentor for the Issaquah School District. Outside of work, you can generally find Patrick either on the mountain snowboarding with his wife, Sabrina, and son, Captain, wandering through the woods, or cheering on the Tottenham Hotspurs.
