With a background in marketing, Peter Zaballos spent over 25 years in high-growth tech companies as a C-level executive. Always a keen observer and listener, he was frustrated when it took him over a year to get approval to increase the wage of an unequally paid female employee. He embraced the idea of creating a “User Manual,” a one page document for his staff which, among other things, expressed his core beliefs of inclusion and diversity.
